Richarlison urges David Neres to make the move to Everton
Everton forward Richarlison has said that he has talked the prospect of compatriot David Neres joining him at the Toffees next season. The Brazilian winger has come through a promising season with Ajax where he contributed 11 goals and two assists and this has caught the eye of some of Europe’s top sides.
Speaking exclusively to The Liverpool ECHO, Richarlison acknowledged that he is aware of the speculation linking the attacker with a potential move to the Premier League. He added that he has spoken about the prospect of playing together with the Toffees after having already done so at the international level.

Speaking to The ECHO, Bernard said that his Brazilian teammate Jo has been keeping a close watch on his progress at Goodison Park and has the ambition of making a comeback with the club, he said: “Jo watched my first game against Leicester and sent me a message saying he was really happy with my performance. He told me the club was an excellent and great club with an extra-ordinary structure. He also said he would like to play here again. With the mindset he has, he is a lot more mature and a totally different person, a changed guy, really focused.”

He added that he would like both Lookman and Bernard to score more often for the club in order to reduce the burden on the regulars finding the net, he said: “He did well. When Lookman got injured he was in a good moment and doing very well.”
Amidst this, he has already become a regular with the Brazilian national team and speaking to the club’s official website, Yakubu has backed the young marksman to reach to the top, the loved Nigerian said: “Richarlison is smart and clever. I have watched him since he was at Watford. If he continues to do what he is doing, you will see the improvement. He is going to be a top striker. I think he can be right up there in the goal scoring charts.”
