Apparently, other Premier League clubs have been keen on signing the talented midfield prodigy. But Everton are the front-runners, and it remains to be seen whether the Toffees can get the deal over the line for the Manchester United midfielder before the summer transfer window closes.

James Garner was on loan at Watford and Nottingham Forest over the last two seasons, and he managed to impress thoroughly with regular action at those clubs.
